Family and I went there not too long back for an early dinner. We all decided the salad bar was the way to go but my grandmother also wanted a steak and baked potato. While everything else was fantastic, the steak she got was not quite right. First of all it was damn near impossible to cut, secondly she ordered a medium and it was rare, and third you couldn't chew it.... seriously. It was like chewing on a rubber band. That has happened a few times in the past but we still love going. Even though your salad bar is small, it's so yummy! The clam chowder rocks!!

While the dinners can be high priced for what you get- the 1/3 pound burger lunch is a fantastic value. Burger and all fixings , tasty fries , large salad plate for salad bar and includes drink ! All for $8.99. I have had this same lunch three different times and each time delivered hot and promptly. Excellent service for as busy as they get at lunch hour. Dinner is just ok. Small portions and by the time you pay all the ad ons- you can be dining in higher end restaurant and more service.

Yuk... For two steak dinners with salad bar...$28 bucks. Steak was paper thin and gristle. Not to mention it had tons of pepper on it. So I tried baked potato... It was so cold butter wouldn't melt. Salad bar was good . ridiculously expensive for portions won't go back and o cancel membership to their club. All I can say it was the worse meal. So after sizzler got my review they sent email and honored me with two new meals !! They did contact me in less 12 hours and I have to say that in itself wonderful customer service !! So am off to give them a chance to feed me lol !

Husband loves the salad bar. I had fettuccine with the shrimp. Both very good.

Not the most amazing food. Nice servers, but I don't much like anything I ordered from the menus. The burger was dry all 3 times I tried. Do save your money and get the all you can eat buffet. The buffet is exceptional and there is plenty to choose from. They have some of the best clam chowder in town.

The food is not horrible but it's not excellent either. The best thing about sizzler is the salad bar and cheese toast. Malibu and hibachi chicken are great too. If you want a decent meal at a decent price this is your best bet. My child loves sizzler because off The ice cream station

I went here on the advice of my devastatingly handsome neighbor about 6 months ago or so. They were having the steak and all you can eat shrimp deal, and my son and I were dying for a steak. So when we got there, we both ordered that plus the salad bar. We were seated next to a bunch of loud, obnoxious Frat boys who's antics were really annoying. So, our server comes up and brings up our drinks, and I told the server to wait on the dinners because we were going to enjoy the salad bar for a while first. Well, the food got there before we even came back, So now we felt like we had to hurry up and scarf our salads down so that we could get to the dinners before it got cold. All the sudden, a dirty, used band-aide goes flying through the air from the booth on the other side of the glass partition and lands on the table right next to my food. I wanted to complain, but I couldn't find a server. Oh well. On with the food. The salad was really good, tons of goodies at the salad bar, and all of it was really fresh. The steak was sooo good that I forgot all about the filthy band-aide being flung at us. The shrimp could be bigger, but for the price how could I complain? It was good. But next time I will make sure we are seated next to some nice, harmless senior citizens that won't hurl nasty old bandages at us.

A Sizzler is a Sizzler the world around. It's where you overeat, overlook, and walk away asking yourself why you made the choice to begin with. There's a definite upside. You can gorge yourself for under $20. IF you can overlook both the public and the employees and how they "are" around the open salad bar... and you can still fill a plate... you'll definitely fill right up! I, for one, have a little difficulty after watching how the food is handled, and it's not just sloppy customers. For a ton of food at a reasonable price it's a good choice. Not a favored place for steak, chicken or seafood, but if I'm going to risk a salad bar... theirs is probably as good as anybody else's. They are generally busy (especially on Sunday after church) and mostly clean. That part, I like. It's obvious the older crowd in town loves this place. I don't love it... but not sayin' I won't ever close my eyes and gorge over the salad bar again. I probably will... eventually.

There's a reason why a sink hole appeared in the parking lot. Too bad it wasn't big enough to swallow the place. Bad food, cleanliness is a dirty word here. RUN FOREST, RUN.....

Great staff! The food is typical sizzler fare. The salad bar looks clean and I've seen the staff eat their lunch from it. Clean restaurant & bathrooms.

Decent. Filling. Great service (kept our beverages full & was quick with new plates for salad bar). Extensive salad bar.

As I do, I avoid the Bush Beef offerings and will continue to do so until I am 110% convinced the US Government is taking care of the problem instead of caving into the agricorp interests. Currently there are 87 nations that embargo the import of American Beef. You should as well. Who needs Mad Cow or a poorly regulated industry that permitted this horror to occur? Buy only good beef from organic or locally known sources until further notice. With that caveat taken care of, you'll do well with the other meats here. The quality ranges from average to good. The portions in a meal will leave you stuffed. The salad bar has plenty of offerings. The waitress will keep you going with the Sizzler toast, which I like to dip into the clam chowder for a delicious treat. Service has always been good when I've eaten there and even when the place is busy, the orders show up in a timely fashion. Sizzler is not the cheapest place to eat but they are a good value for the money. If two of us eat, the bill with tip usually runs from $20 to $25, which to me is average for a decent meal out. You get plenty to eat and good service, so that's above the average and makes the North Bend Sizzler worth eating at.
